2022 in One Word: Mindset

Babe, you’re 37.

Those three words made me jump up and whoop and dance around the room so much so, that my 8-year-old even looked up from Minecraft, cringing: Mum, you look weird.

But I didn’t care.

Neither would you if you just gained a whole year back of your life back!

You see, I spent the whole of 2022 thinking I was 38 when I was actually only 37 years old! That is a whole extra year to the big 4–0! Phew!
