Let’s be real —children don’t usually “find their own way.” Kids need structure. They crave it. Without some guiding principles, they might as well be floating in space. A religious framework is no worse a starting point than an irreligious one. After all, society’s moral sensibilities are still mostly compatible (with a few exceptions) with much of what the Bible teaches as universal moral law.
